We offer services for businesses that range from the occasional One Time Service to control a specific pest on an “as needed” basis, to preventive service for insects, and rodents.  Service frequency can be set to meet your specific needs whether that is weekly, semi-monthly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or semi-annually.  We also can provide sanitation inspection and reporting services as a part of your regular service program.

Monthly Service
    This is the most common service frequency for commercial facilities.  Restaurants, Schools, Banks, Convenience Stores, Doctor's Offices, Nursing Homes & Grocery Stores are common types of business that require this level of service.  Due to the amount of customer traffic and incoming supply deliveries a monthly service program is your best choice in preventing the development of infestations in these type of businesses.  All services are scheduled on a regularly recurring month and day at mutually agreeable service times. An initial 1 year agreement is required.  Service is on a month to month basis after the first year.  Covered pests include Roaches, Spiders, Ants, Crickets, Silverfish, Rats, and Mice. Response to pest problems between visits is standard at no cost under this plan.

Quarterly Service
    This service is similar to the Monthly program but is for businesses such as Churches, Offices, and other General Retail Establishments that are not directly involved in the food service or Health Care business.  This service provides a good level of prevention of occasional pest problems and potential infestations that can develop over time.  Service is performed 4 times per year on a 3 month rotation. An initial 1 year agreement is required.  Service is on a month to month basis after the first year.  Covered pests include Roaches, Spiders, Ants, Crickets, Silverfish, Rats, and Mice.  Response to pest problems that occur between visits is available under this plan.

One Time Service
    This service is for the occasional pest problem you may encounter.  Service is tailored to the specific pest problem and is warranted for a 30 day period from the date of service.  This plan is for you if you only experience occasional pest activity and don't want to make a long term commitment for service.
